Summer Camp
Community Service for Kids
We run a community service summer camp for children entering grades 1-8! Each day includes a fun service project, movement and play breaks, group lunch, and a wrap up where we discuss ways to continue the service learning at home. Each day is different, so sign up for one or both sessions! This is a relatively new program so please help us spread the word!

Half Day: 9am - 1pm (Elementary Only)
Full Day: 9am - 3pm
Early Drop-off at 8:30

ELEMENTARY RATES - SUMMER 2024
Half Day - $420/week
Full Day - $460/week

Daily Summer Schedule - Elementary
9:00 - 12:00
Each day we will be doing a different fun, hands-on community service project! We start the day by building community with games and then learning about a community issue. We then have the opportunity to help through our service project. Scroll down for examples of projects we’ve done in the past. Throughout the morning we play games and take movement and playground breaks. Each day is different, so sign up for one week or both!
12:00 - 1:00
After the project is finished, we have lunch together outside and reflect on our work. We discuss other ways that you can continue to help from home.
1:00 - 3:00
The afternoon is spent doing a variety of activities. The kids have the option of sports, drama, arts and crafts, yoga, and free play on the playground.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
When you register, you can choose to pay in full or pay a $100 nonrefundable deposit. If you choose to pay the deposit, the remainder of the payment is due by May 1st. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations before May 1st will receive a refund, minus the $100 deposit.
Cancellations after May 1st will receive a refund, minus the $100 deposit, if we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.
MIDDLE SCHOOL RATES - SUMMER 2024
Full Day - $560/week
Early Arrival - $40/week
Extended Day 3:00 - 4:00 - $50/week
Extended Day 3:00 - 5:30 - $100/week

Morning
The morning will consist of service projects and field trips to local nonprofits! We will meet at the camp location for some team building and learning, then either walk, take a bus, or take public transportation to the nonprofit, depending on the location. Examples of nonprofits include food pantries, animal shelters, community farms, etc. Each day is different, so sign up for one week or both!
Afternoon
The afternoon will be spent doing something recreational near the location of the nonprofit or on the way back. Examples include bowling, mini-golf, going out for ice cream, etc. We will then return to our camp location for pickup.
